Dr Jacobson- Auntie Teresa- welcomed our standard poodle, Brodie, with love and very special care of his early teeth issues. He now has a perfect bite- a big smile??. and all round good health for his 1st year. Dr Gray had barely arrived in Kelowna when Brodie became quite ill -and as a young dog this was very upsetting. The whole staff took him under their wings trying to find what were his problems. Many extra visits/week-end calls and even a Sunday visit to try to get him eating and basically surviving.. turns out he has Addison’s disease and again the whole team ,especially Dr Gray, have spent so many hours and provided special treatment to have him well on the road to being able to have a good life with his condition improving. I am so grateful and impressed with this veterinary service-more than a clinic- a family- !

For well over 15 years Jacobson Vet Services is the only veterinary clinic we trust with our animals. Our first dog Benji had serious health issues that turned us in to frequent JVS visitors. The care and attention Dr. Jacobson gave Benji was second to none. In the ten years we took him to see Dr. Jacobson there was never a moment we felt his best interests weren’t her most important consideration. The same can be said for all of the staff at JVS; all are extremely competent and 100% focused on patient needs. At JVS animals aren’t treated like patients, they’re treated like family.
